until you are. Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling
of your new purchase. Following these guidelines will make your experience
with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any
transaction.
When you place an order :
Please carefully provide your correct shipping address. If the wrong address
is given, the carrier/courier will charge us an additional fee to deliver your package at the correct address. If this happens
we will, in turn, charge you.
Shipping
Canadian shipping: All domestic shipments in Canada are shipped
by Purolator (Next Business day) or by FedEx Ground Insured and you must pay
the GST and Ontario residents will be paying PST also.
International: All international shipments are shipped
by FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or by TNT Global Express.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to
contents and condition. All claims for damaged items MUST be reported
to Diviniti.CA within two(2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In
the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer
to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. You may send us the digital images of the damaged items along with packing boxes to strength your claim. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Note: Established procedures by Purolator, FedEx, TNT,
Canada Post, Canada XpressPost etc must be complied with or they may deny
your claim. Carefully unpack; and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage
the manufactures packaging. Do not throw away of the packaging materials such
as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc.
Return Policy / Non-Defective Merchandise
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify
for return acceptance:
1) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped
by Diviniti.CA. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
2) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings
or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy
will be returned and shipping costs for return has to be paid by you. Prior to returning
any item, YOU MUST send an e-mail to Diviniti.CA for pre-approval(please click on "Contact Us" to send an e-mail). Items can be
returned only if in original packaging. Please do not put any stickers or
labels on the original manufactures packaging. Please ship the items back
to us prepaid. For your protection make sure to insure the package. Diviniti.CA
cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Following inspection, merchandise will be replaced or refund of purchase price.
We are not responsible for replacement or refunds if full insurance coverage
has been declined. No refund of shipping costs.
No refunds or exchanges will be made after thirty (30) days.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Diviniti.CA reserves the right
to refuse the item. Non defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking
fee, and must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. Exchanges will
incur a re-shipping charge depending on the destination and weight of the package
that is to be re-shipped.
Shipping Information
Most orders are processed and submitted for shipping within next 2 business days
after receipt/realization of payment. You should expect to receive your order
within approximately 2 to 8 business days. If an item has been discontinued
or is out of stock at the time of your order, we will contact you.
Our shipping costs are very reasonable. We use Purolator , FedEx Ground ,
FedEx Express (2nd Business Day) , TNT and Canada Post . Depending upon your
location and ordered item/s weight we choose an appropriate shipper, who is
best possible in our opinion for that location.
All orders are shipped insured.
We do not charge shipping on each item you order, only your total order. (Even
if they arrive in separate packages).
Shipping Notes:
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or Mailbox Suite numbers (to help prevent
fraudulent use of credit cards).
• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know the expected
delivery date.
• We reserve the right to limit items & quantities.
